• details of the future/new owner (name, address, ID number, identity card number, issuer of the document and tax code. If the owner is a foreigner, we need a certified copy and translation of the passport
• details of the new agents (director or company secretary): name, address, ID number, identity card number, issuer and identification number
• the new company name (if changed)
• The new headquarters
• activities (main and other activities)
